It looks like Harmony Korine has a hit on his hands with Spring Breakers. Though the film has only been released on three screens in both NYC and LA so far, Vulture is reporting that earnings totaled a whopping $270,000 this weekend. That means each theater earned about $90,000 - which makes the limited debut of Spring Breakers the biggest of 2013 so far.
The film, which stars Selena Gomez, Rachel Korine, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson, and James Franco, will receive a wide release this Friday.
