"Titanfall" Is LIke "Mirror's Edge," "Hawken" and "Call of Duty" Rolled Into One (Video)

Respwan's Titanfall is perhaps the biggest killer app thus far for the fledgling Xbox One, and for good reason - this multiplayer-only shooter takes pretty much every sci-fi action trope in gaming and stuff it into one crazy package, with wall-running soldiers and giant mechs to pilot.

But – and this should be a surprise to no one – if Hawken is more District 9 than Titanfall is closer to Elysium. That's fine. It's a big popcorn shooter feel and looks like a blast, as you can probably tell from this video from Rev3. Personally I'd love to see a single-player element, but at this point I don't think it would really work with a narrative. Oh well.
