Not only do you have to maintain supplies, fatigue and day-to-day survival, you also have to make sure that that survivor intra-politics don’t turn into a powder keg, maintain your homestead, keep your allies alive and healthy all while fending off hordes of undead in a world with (mostly) finite resources.
