According to TMZ, Amanda Bynes was arrested in West Hollywood around 3 AM this morning for DUI. She was deemed unfit to be behind the wheel after she tried passing a cop car and sideswiped it instead. Her bail is set at $5,000 and she's still behind bars. Developing...
