We didn't invent the Internet, and we certainly didn't dictate that it should be composed almost entirely of porn and pictures of cats. Yet for better or worse, here we are perpetuating the problem (the cats, not the porn).

To be fair, we did make an effort to include more than just cats on this list—jebus knows there are enough videos of cats messing with iPads to cover it, and then some. Here, you'll also find a baby monkey, pig, dog, bearded dragon (not as exciting as it sounds, it's just a lizard), and a frog. Now read on for the cuteness.

Dog Playing "Air Hockey" on an iPad

Alright, so there's a chance they just spread some peanut butter on this iPad right before they started rolling, but we couldn't pass this one up. The dog doesn't seem to have much of an idea what he's actually doing (unlike the cats, lizard and frog on the list), but at least no one strapped a Wii Remote to the poor thing's arm (no, we're not going to link to those videos). Also, this dog's name is Pixel, for what it's worth (it's worth a lot).

Pigs Play Video Games Better Than Dogs and Monkeys

We were kind of disturbed when this video taught us that pigs are often smarter than dogs, and can even solve video game problems faster than some monkeys—we've eaten a lot of bacon in our lives. But then we realized that's probably why we're so smart. No point in stopping now! (Note: there's also a dog playing in this video, but he sucks at it.)

Frog Catching Ants on an iPhone

Maybe this frog would have tried a little harder if he had been playing Frogger (more at stake). He does seem mildly absorbed in trying to eat those ants—until that dude's thumb gets in the way. Yum.

Cat Playing "Noby Noby Boy"

We know cats love iPads (it's been proven again and again), but we had no idea they could appreciate the joyous, existential weirdness of Katamari Damacy creator Keita Takahashi. To be fair, the cat is probably getting more enjoyment from Noby Noby Boy than we ever did.

‪iPad Game for Cats

While this iPad app may not be as perfectly engineered as the Friskies one (further down the list), the cat in this video seems well enough engaged. Then again, it might just be a really easily amused cat. Bet you've never seen one of those before!

‪Cat Plays "Fruit Ninja" on iPad‬

This kitty must really hate fruit. There's a Puss in Boots joke in here somewhere.

Cat Playing Kinectimals

Sometimes it's hard to tell whether an animal that appears to be playing a game has any idea at all what it's doing. This isn't one of those times; that cat definitely thinks it's playing with the tiger kitty on the screen. Holy shit that is adorable.

‪Bearded Dragon Playing "Ant Crusher‬"

When we hear "bearded dragon," this isn't exactly what we picture (a cross between Skyrim's flying beasts and Santa). But our hearts just melted when this guy started pegging those ants with his tongue like he could really get them. At least he doesn't anyone's hand like that pesky frog.

Baby Monkey Playing iPhone

This little dude could just be drumming his creepy little fingers on the screen because he likes the sound, but we feel it's safest to never underestimate a monkey.

‪iPad Games for Cats Designed by Friskies

As if cats weren't curious enough about iPads, Friskies (the cat food) designed a series of games specifically to appeal to felines' uniquely tuned senses. The cats seem to love them, and they're probably more advanced than half the shit we see non-gamers with iPhones playing. That said, we love that bubble wrap app as much as anyone.
