We figured Raiden was cold-blooded in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, considering he's a cyborg now. Or maybe even he has oil now instead of blood.
But we didn't know what a heartless killer he'd become. Or was he always like this? We've forgotten most of Metal Gear Solid 2, to be honest. Something about an oil tanker? Maybe that's where he got his new blood.
