It’s that time of the year when sweatpants at the dinner table are acceptable and people start sharing what they’re pretending to be thankful for. Yes, Thanksgiving is here and just in time for the holiday, Facebook compiled carefully researched data to discern what people in each state say they’re grateful for—which is not the same as actually being thankful for those things.
It comes as no surprise that friends, family and heath round out the top three. Those seem to be the go-to answers when one is being grilled at the dinner table. However, it looks like most people hate their lives because that option is circling the bottom, just above music. In this economy, who can blame them?
The data was broken down even further with Florida naming “living by the beach” the thing they’re most thankful for, Hawaii claiming “rainbows” and Kentucky residents who are really proud of their work ethic. Check out the graphic below and see what the people in your state are saying.
