There's a new cronut for fans to salivate over: the Salted Dulce de Leche cronut. Dominique Ansel revealed that the pastry—filled with Dulce de Leche Ganache and Dulce de Leche Caramel and topped with Fleur de Sel and Dulce de Leche glaze—will be next month's new flavor:
Ansel also said that a hot coffee and hot chocolate cart will be introduced to make the wait in line more bearable for customers. The cart will open an hour before the bakery on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to service all of the eager weekend warriors.
