A female transportation employee in southwest Michigan that slammed a 7-year-old into a school bus window will not be charged. The woman was fired after the Oct. 10 incident, and has always claimed that she acted in self-defense. Kalamazoo County Prosecutor Jeff Fink says that several witnesses have come forward saying that the boy threatened the woman, and covered her head with a coat. He added that the child had a history of behavioral problems on the bus.
Another student took video of the incident and posted it online. Police investigated that incident, as well as the woman's claims that the boy threatened her.
