With Hollywood in turmoil, Nas and The Nanny is pop culture crossover we need right now.

When SAG-AFTRA president Fran Drescher delivered an impassioned speech at a press conference Thursday, where she announced the union's decision to go on strike, she was praised for her fiery critique of Hollywood bigwigs.

A snippet of Drescher's speech, where she takes aim at the studios and the salaries of its CEOs, while also defending their right to strike in pursuit of a fair deal was particularly making the rounds.

SAG-AFTRA President Fran Drescher: "How they plead poverty that they are losing money left and right when they give $100 millions to their CEOs."

It wasn't long before that viral clip got the mashup treatment, when Twitter user @DijahSB set the clip to the beat from Nas' legendary diss track "Ether."

Not only does the choice of instrumental go well with the speech, the beat seems to set the tone of the point that Fran is trying to drive home. The clip even received a co-sign from Community star Yvette Nicole Brown.

Liiiisten… the ether beat is appropriate. @frandrescher was like, “Naw, son!” 😂🙌🏾❤️💫 #UnionStrong https://t.co/zOl6mHA1iU
