Marvel directors stick together, and in a show of support for Edgar Wright, who left the studio’s Ant-Man over "creative differences," Joss Whedon took to Twitter to let everyone know which side he's on:
That Cornetto cone is obviously in reference to Wright’s “Cornetto Trilogy,” which included Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead, and The World’s End. This is the perfect response from Whedon. It’s simple, yet speaks volumes about what he really feels about the situation. No words necessary, just an ice cream novelty.
