iShowSpeed had a serious moment on day 23 of his livestream tour of the USA.

While in Keystone, South Dakota, the streamer got breakfast with his filming crew when he announced around 2:56:00 of the video below that he was "irritated."

"I'm very agitated right now," Speed told those sitting at a table with him. "Listen, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. It's a lot."

"I need a therapist," he continued. "I need to have a talk with a therapist. My mental is like, I'm about to go [crazy]."

After listening to suggestions from his crew, Speed reiterated that he needs "somebody to talk to" because he feels "alone." "I feel like nobody understands me," he added.

"Chat, are y'all here for me?" he asked his viewers, who sent encouragement for Speed to prioritize his mental health.

Surely being filmed 24/7 comes with stresses that viewers often don't see, but Speed seems to be pushing through, as he has plans to host a livestream with Drake in Toronto.

Speed's USA Tour, dubbed 'Speed Does America,' kicked off late last month and will last for 35 days nonstop. So far, the streamer has been in Miami, Baton Rouge, Denver, Memphis, New York City, his hometown of Cincinnati, and more. The trek follows Speed's two-week tour of Europe over the summer.
