Jimmy Fallon's announcer Steve Higgins does such a great Shaggy impersonation you could close your eyes and picture the Kingston native. When Shaggy himself caught wind of this he had to come on The Tonight Show to prove once and for all that he's the best Shaggy. Thus we were blessed with the great "Shaggy Off" of 2015.
