If you're gay you better prepare for your day in court. A Nebraska woman filed a lawsuit at a U.S. District Court against every single homosexual on Earth. 66-year-old Sylvia Driskell purports to be an ambassador of God and is bringing the ultimate question to Judge John M. Gerrard: is homosexuality a "sin, or not a sin?"

Despite looking to a court of law for the answer, Driskell hasn't cited any legal cases for her argument that "homosexuality is a sin and that they the homosexuals know it is a sin to live a life of homosexuality. Why else would they have been hiding in the closet(?)." She has, however, cited the bible. And she challenges the court not to call God a liar in her seven-page, handwritten petition.

No summons have been issued, presumably because it takes some time to track down every gay person on Earth. That, or the court isn't taking this suit seriously.
