What do you get the man who used to be the most powerful person in the free world? A YouTube video apparently. Hilary Clinton appears with Kevin Spacey in this clip to wish her husband Bill a happy birthday. It even manages to make fun of the question we've all been waiting for an answer on: will Hilary run for president in 2016.
Spacey, in character as House of Cards' Frank Underwood, starts off with a monologue explaining how boring Washington is in the summer before prank calling Hillary by pretending to be Bill. The video is about as funny as you can expect a politician to be, so not very. It's on par with that weird Joe Biden/Veep sketch from the White House Correspondents Dinner earlier this year. But hey, at least Spacey's Bill Clinton impersonation isn't bad.
