The University of Wiconsin has unleashed the greatest recruiting tool in all the land. As if the allure of ever-flowing beer and cheese wasn't enough, the Badgers have Chris Farley as SNL character Matt Foley on their side. (Presumably, Farley was won over by the beer and cheese.)
