Xbox Live Indie Games developer iamrece has launched Hypotenuse, a slice 'em up that pits you against geometry.
As a rectangular ninja, you are forced to fend off wave after wave of fellow (evil?) rectangles. The game is super minimalist, but still wildly gratifying. Lopping rectangles in half is more fun than it sounds. The difficulty level increases at a welcome rate, and the game remains awesomely re-playable.
