Kim and Kanye's Fourth Child Has Not Arrived Despite Reports

Reports began circulating on Monday about the birth of Kim and Kanye's fourth child. However, the child has not arrived... yet.

On Monday, reports began circulating that Kim Kardashian's surrogate had given birth to Kim and Kanye West's fourth child. The rumors began after Kim shared a screenshot of a text thread with Kanye in which he tells her, "This is your life. Married with four kids. Get people out of jail. Cover of Vogue. Go to church every week with your family. Dreams come true."

Many were quick to point out that Kanye's "four kids" comment may signal that he and Kim's fourth child had in fact been born. The rumor was bolstered by a report from E!'s Daily Pop, which claimed Kimye had welcomed their newborn son. However, E! jumped the gun as TMZ confirmed shortly thereafter that the couple's child has yet to be born. According to TMZ sources, the couple's surrogate is expected to give birth "sometime this week."

Kim also denied the reports, taking to Twitter to assure her fans that her baby boy has not arrived. "Wait just saw news our baby boy came but that's not true! It's Met Monday, I'm in NYC. I would be at the hospital lol."

Kim and Kanye are already parents to three children, five-year-old North, three-year-old Saint, and Chicago, who turned 1 on Jan. 15. Kim confirmed on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in January that she and Kanye were expecting their fourth child via surrogate.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!in April, the reality star noted that they have not decided what they will be naming their son, however, she did say that naming him after her brother Rob is a possibility.

"I was truthfully thinking about just naming him Rob, [after] my brother. But then it’s like, North, Saint, Chicago, Rob. It doesn’t really go. I really was feeling like that, or Robert. And my brother approved it, so that’s, like, our one kind of name. I like Rob West."
