Some of the best burgers in the world touched down at the First We Feast Lagoon at ComplexCon in Long Beach this year.
No burger might've come in with more hype than Bun B's Trill Burgers. The Houston hotspot had a major moment earlier this year when Drake stopped by and gave the burger his blessing.
With chef Mike Pham and the legendary Bun B in the building, it made sense to ask Pham to take us back to that moment when the 6 God grabbed a burger at his restaurant.
"It take great pride in it. I've devoted my entire professional career to making burgers. We went for a really nostalgic raw (burger), and it got really recognized," Pham says.
"But to have someone like Drake come and try the burger and say 'it's the best he's ever had,' it was an amazing feeling. It's a blessing and a dream come true. And it was surreal. But it was a very humble experience. He's a super humble dude, super chill. It was a great experience."
