A San Francisco-based women is being brought to court as part of a massive lawsuit against users who download adult entertainment illegally using BitTorrent. The catch? She's in her 70s. Seriously.
After refusing to pay the $3,400 settlement, the woman, whose identity is being withheld, went to court and told the judge that she didn't even know what BitTorrent was, let alone how to use the service. The retired widow is one of 10,000 defendants being brought to court by Hard Drive Productions for illegally downloading porn.
