Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming series The Boys follows a group of vigilantes dead set on knocking a few cocky superheroes off their pedestals because they'd much rather live in a world where people take more accountability for their actions. Before hitting screens later this month, The Boys will come to life during ComplexCon Chicago via an interactive art activation.
Inspired by the overall premise of the show, Japanese artist Dragon76 will tap into various themes from The Boys as he paints an original mural live on the convention floor. Adjacent to Dragon76’s workspace will be street elements representative of the series’ city-centric look and feel where ComplexCon attendees can freely express themselves by adding their own personal messages throughout the space.
