The fourth annual ComplexCon on the West Coast will take over the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center in less than two weeks, offering a unique cultural experience complete with music, fashion, technology, art, and food. This year's event will also see the return of ComplexCon(versations)—a panel series that addresses a wide range of topics relevant to today's culture.
Today, we unveil the lineup for ComplexCon(versations), which will take place throughout the two-day event. Participants will include celebrities like Lil Yachty, Rachel Nichols, Zaytoven, Yara Shahidi, Lil' Kim, Angie Martinez, Paul Pierce, Wale, Davido, Rico Nasty, and Don C, among others.
The series will feature discussions such as Disruption: How Gen Z Is Taking Control (moderated by Elaine Welteroth); All Hail the Queens: The Women Changing the Face of Rap (moderated by Angie Martinez); Sneaker of the Year (moderated by Complex's Joe La Puma); The Naked Truth: How Lil’ Kim Changed Hip-Hop Fashion (moderated by Complex's Aria Hughes); What Comes After Streetwear?; From YouTube to Major Moves (moderated by First We Feast's Sean Evans); The Rise of Afropop (moderated by Complex's Pierce Simpson); How the NBA Turned Into a 365-Day Empire (moderated by Rachel Nichols); and How to Make a Modern Day Rap Hit (moderated by Complex's Speedy Morman).
