MrBeast chimed in on the viral tweet that suggested 100 people could beat 1 gorilla," but deleted his comments moments later.
The popular 26-year-old YouTuber, who typically stages challenges with monetary incentives for participants in his slickly produced videos, reposted a viral tweet on Sunday, April 27 that read, "I think 100 n***as could beat 1 gorilla everybody just gotta be dedicated to the shit." MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, added alongside the tweet, "Should I test this?"
He later deleted the tweet without explanation.
MrBeast later posted a mock-up of him with some gorillas, writing, "Need 100 men to test this, any volunteers?"
MrBeast has often steered clear of controversy, but he notably addressed the impact that Donald Trump's tariffs would have on his businesses earlier this month. He described the price hikes as "pretty brutal," but stopped short of making any political statements or revealing how much money he could lose due to Trump's actions.
Despite trying to avoid controversy, he has faced allegations of misconduct and shady business dealings. He sat down for a somber interview last year, denying the allegations against him and his collaborators.
