There's only two more episodes of Game of Thrones left, and that means that fans have been going in when it comes to theories. We've already heard theories on white walkers, why Jon Snow screamed in a dragon's face, and now some fans have come to the conclusion that more dragons might be on the way.

*Season 8 Episode 4 spoilers*

In the most recent episode of the show, one of Daenerys Targaryen's dragon Rhaegal was killed by Euron Greyjoy, leaving her with only one dragon left. Going into the penultimate episode and the finale, this certainly doesn't look good for Daenerys or anyone on her side. However, some fans believe that Drogon, her last dragon left alive, is actually a female and spent most of the fifth season laying eggs.

As Reddit user Justzxcvbnm theorized, "When Drogon spends almost a whole season gone, he's actually laying eggs and is in fact a female that's why he was burning fields full of sheep, goats, and etc. to feed the baby dragons." It is worth noting that Drogon is the only one of the three dragons missing for a substantial amount of time during the fifth season of the HBO epic.

Euron Greyjoy can be seen reacting to a roar in the preview of Episode 5, leading many to speculate that there's more than just Drogon on the way. To provide further basis for the theory, the user also highlight how numerous characters in Game of Thrones have already speculated that dragons have no defined sex upon birth, and could thus change sex if needed.

While it's perhaps a stretch, the show has been capable of pulling surprises like this one before.
