Comic's comics are the character actors of the stand-up world. They won't ever get the recognition that comes with being a headliner, but because their more successful peers sing their praises, they take on a that guy glow. Bob Einstein definitely had that going for him and Jerry Seinfeld is taking time to pay tribute now that he's passed. Seinfeld put together a compilation in honor of his late friend and shared the clip to Twitter.

We made this little tribute to one of our favorite people ever in the world of comedy, the one and only Bob Einstein.

"We made this little tribute to one of our favorite people ever in the world of comedy, the one and only Bob Einstein," Seinfeld wrote.

The video is a compilation of Einstein's appearances on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. Einstein—who is best known for his appearances on Curb Your Enthusiasm and his hapless stuntman character Super Dave Osborne—passed away earlier this week at the age of 76.

Einstein's passing led to tributes from other comedic titans, including Seinfeld producer and Curb star Larry David.

“Never have I seen an actor enjoy a role the way Bob did playing Marty Funkhouser on Curb," he said in a statement shared with the Hollywood Reporter. "It was an amazing, unforgettable experience knowing and working with him. There was no one like him, as he told us again and again. We’re all in a state of shock."
