Cole kicks off his show with its theme song, also titled โ€œWhatโ€™s Up With That,โ€ before introducing his guests. Barkleyโ€™s able to squeeze in a few sentences about his involvement in the Michael Jordan documentary The Last Dance, but per usual, Cole repeatedly reprises the theme song. Khaled barely says anything except his catchphrase, โ€œanother oneโ€ at the end of the show. And of course, Buckingham never gets a chance to talk.

For this weekendโ€™s episode, Brad Pitt delivered the opening monologueย as Dr. Anthony Fauci, where he cleared up some misconceptions about COVID-19. Pete Davidson also shared a new music video, โ€œStuck in the House,โ€ which featured his momโ€™s home, Adam Sandler, and Rob Schneider. For the first At Home episode on April 11, Tom Hanks gave the cold open.
