Disneyland in Anaheim, California is welcoming Marvel properties to its attractions this summer. The Avengers Campus, which will feature characters including Spider-Man and Black Panther, is set to open on July 18. While the park got its first Marvel-themed attraction in 2017 with Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Breakout!, the opening of Avengers Campus will bring with it a new Spider-Man ride, too.

The land will feature five areas, including the already open Collector's Fortress. There will also be the Pym Test Kitchen and Tasting Lab, the Sanctum, the Avengers Headquarters, and the new Spider-Man ride will be located at the Worldwide Engineering Brigade. The headquarters will eventually welcome another attraction to the park, but for the time being it will be the home for live shows featuring Marvel characters.

So while there will be a lot to see for fans, there will only be one new ride, Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure. Tom Holland will reprise his role as Peter Parker for the attraction, which will be interactive and allow guests to shoot webs like Spidey.

"Since day one we have been trying to figure out, how do we bring this land to life—and not just bring it to life where you get to see your favorite heroes or you get to meet your favorite heroes, but where you get to become a hero," said Walt Disney Imagineering executive creative director Brent Strong. "And within the story that we’ve created, the idea here is that every time we’ve seen the Avengers go up against bigger and bigger threats—from Loki to Ultron to Thanos—the way that they’ve persevered, the way that they’ve succeeded, is with a bigger and bigger team."

The park is expected to host numerous events starring the Avengers, with the Taskmaster to be the first villain to face off against the likes of Captain America and Black Widow. Set in present day, the storyline will not connect with the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe, instead taking inspiration from the movies. But most importantly, Disney confirmed that one of restaurants in the area will, in fact, have shawarma.
