Moneybagg Yo on '4eva Heartless,' Memphis, Being a Role Model, J. Cole Collab | Everyday Struggle

On today’s episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeska, Wayno and DJ Akademiks are joined by Memphis rapper and 2018 Everyday Struggle-Award winner Moneybagg Yo. The crew and Moneybagg open up their discussion speaking on the current rap scene in Memphis and the success artists in the region have been able to obtain in the past few years. Shortly after this, Moneybagg speaks in detail about his upcoming project, ‘43va Heartless,’ which drops this Friday, May 24, via all streaming platforms, and breaks down the guest features on the anticipated mixtape. Halfway into the show, Moneybagg speaks on his collaboration from last year with J. Cole, and talks about how he managed to get Cole on the track with him. Towards the end of the show, Moneybagg weighs in on the success of Lil Nas X and his hit “Old Town Road,” his love for fashion and his leadership qualities.
