Vengeful possessed dolls are at it again in the new trailer for Annabelle Comes Home.

Up top, catch the new trailer for New Line Cinema's latest entry in the Conjuring universe-expanding Annabelle series. For the first time, writer Gary Dauberman is in the director's chair. You should also recognize the name from Dauberman's work on both It entries, The Nun, and a forthcoming (and presumably great) Are You Afraid of the Dark? movie. The cinematic adaptation of the Nickelodeon classic, per previous comments from Dauberman, boasts both a big heart and some big scares.

The Dauberman-penned Nun, which hit theaters back in September, went on to become a massively profitable entry with a domestic gross of just under $120 million against an estimated $22 million production budget.

"We're bringing the franchise back home after being so far away in Romania," Dauberman told/Film last year ahead of production on the new Annabelle. "It's set in the Warrens' house. It's what happens when Annabelle comes into the artifact room. Much like Swamp Thing, what happens when Annabelle comes into the artifact room and how she affects her environment."

Vera Farming, Patrick Wilson, McKenna Grace, Emily Brobst, and Madison Iseman star in Dauberman's directorial debut.

The full thing will be available for in-theater terror sessions starting June 26.

In the meantime, why not pay a digital visit to the Warrens' Occult Museum?
