Lauren London Shares Nipsey Hussle Tribute Tattoo: 'When You See Me, You Will Always See Him'

The late rapper's longtime girlfriend revealed the piece via Instagram.

Lauren London will rep Nipsey Hussle for life.

On the day of Nipsey's memorial service in Los Angeles, London took to Instagram to unveil her new tattoo in honor of the late rapper whom she began dating in 2013. The portrait piece features the phrase, "God Will Rise," which is the translation of Nipsey's first name Ermias.

"Real Love Never Dies When you see me, you will always see him #LoveYouHussle #TMC," she captioned the photo.

Lauren was among the friends and family members who spoke at the rapper's public memorial service. Watch a portion of her speech below.

Nipsey was fatally shot on March 31 outside his Marathon Clothing store in L.A.'s Hyde Park neighborhood. The suspected gunman has since pleaded not guilty to one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.

Days after Nipsey's death, London, who shares a child with the rapper, opened up about her family's loss via Instagram. She wrote:

I am completely lost
I’ve lost my best friend
My sanctuary
My protector
My soul....
I’m lost without you
We are lost without you babe
I have no words

Hip-hop figures such as Rick Ross and the Game have also honored Nipsey with new ink. The former got the slain rapper's face tatooed on his leg, while the latter got a Nipsey's portrait tattooed on his chest.
