Universal Pictures and Blumhouse Productions have dropped the trailer for the upcoming psychological horror film Ma starring Octavia Spencer. Directed by Tate Taylor of The HelpMa explores the sinister decline of a lonely woman living in a small Ohio town.

Thr trailer begins when Sue Ann, played by Spencer, is approached by a teenage girl who asks if she will buy her and her friends some alcohol. Sue Ann, who's eager to make new friends, suggests that instead of drinking and driving, the high school students come to her house and drink in the basement.
