During the summer, Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and his girlfriend Jen Harley once again made headlines thanks to their publicly tumultuous relationship. During a domestic incident, Harley dragged Ronnie with her car. The altercation was captured during a dramatic Instagram Live session.

Harley was subsequently arrested, as we previously reported, but thanks to the latest episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, we now know the extent of Ronnie’s injuries. As People points out, Thursday night’s episode revealed Ronnie went to urgent care following the incident with Harley and ended up in a sling.

“Literally, flesh was coming out of his arm. It was not okay,” said Nicole aka Snooki, while Deena Cortese added that Ronnie’s face was “all fucked up.”

Driving home from a BBQ in Vegas on June 24, sources claim Jen started hitting Ronnie in the face as they were fighting. When Ronnie asked to get out of the car, he got caught on his seatbelt. Before he could get free, Jen began to drive off, dragging him behind. Their 2-month-old daughter, Ariana, was reportedly in the car at the time of the incident.

“Homeboy is destroyed right now,” Jenni Farley said. “He texted me yesterday [saying] he’s at urgent care.”

The accident caused Ronnie to miss a group vacation, and he later FaceTimed the crew to give them an update on his recovery.

“Honestly, I don’t want him to come,” Jenni admitted at one point in the show. “I really don’t, because I want him with his baby. Between her jumping a median with the fucking baby in the car, she dragged Ron with the car, he’s in a fucking sling and is covered in blood—like, done. Not speaking to her, and I’m going to keep it very light and sweet with Ron, because this shit is too crazy.”

Harley was released from Clark County Detention Center the day after her arrest, posting $3,000 bail. People reports the D.A. had “insufficient evidence” to prosecute her for the alleged assault.

“He just needs to sit this one out, work on himself,” Vinny said. “Hopefully, this was a huge wake-up call for him and he can just figure it out on his own.”
