Hear ye, hear ye, here comes the weekly Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson news you probably didn’t know you needed.
The reality TV star and fitness guru started out her work week by calling out the Daily Mail for a false report claiming Khloé and her baby daddy had a very “tense” dinner together over the weekend.
The news outlet wrote this damning description of the couple’s night out: “The 33-year-old looked tired and distracted throughout the meal, which she spent seemingly ignored by her cheating beau and their dining companions. Even an enormous new diamond, sparkling on her ring finger, did nothing to improve her mood.”
Khloé clarified on Twitter she actually had fun and is just a little tired being, you know, a new mom. “I actually had a great night,” she tweeted. “It was a large birthday dinner for friends and as a new mom IM TIRED AF!!”
It's worth noting Khloé was rocking a giant sparkly ring on that finger, but there's no engagement rumors circulating, so it's likely just a regular Kardashian accessory that cost far more than my rent. Khloé recently returned to L.A. with her new baby True Thompson after living in Cleveland for the past few months. She continues to try and make Thompson’s cheating scandal a thing of the past, as the “happy couple” has been seen going out together several times since the arrival of their new baby.
Even Kris Jenner decided to support Khloé’s decision to stand by her man. “Tristan, yeah. He’s great. Yeah, he’s good,” the momager told Us Weekly earlier this month. “I think you just have to be there for your kid and follow their lead. I’m not in that relationship or in that situation, so I really trust Khloé. She’s so smart, and such a great girl, and she’ll figure it out.”
Even though Khloé hasn’t addressed the photos, videos, and rumors head on, some assumed we might get a little Tristan drama on the new summer season of Keeping Up with the Kardashian. Unfortunately, it looks like the Cavs player doesn’t appear in Season 15 at all. Womp.
