Reason #452 that the Internet is great: It allows us to unearth ancient videos like this 1993 clip of then-rapper Mark Wahlberg's "Marky Mark Workout." Really, everything about this is totally early '90s and amazing: The wardrobe, the hair, the use of the term "fly honeys"—it's just all perfect.

In the video, which you can see above, we're introduced to a 22-year-old Wahlberg who, at this point, has just made a name for himself as a hip hop artist called Marky Mark. He talks about how he's "been into fitness a while," then stresses a lot about "form, focus, and determination" before spending the rest of the video staring at hot girls' chest while he lifts weights.

He even offers some praise, like, "Everybody's beautiful man, go out and get yours," and "Don't try to be something that you're not. Everybody has their own game." Who knew Marky Mark was such a inspirational speaker?

You can check out the video above. It only seems fitting that we all listen to Marky Mark's "Good Vibrations" now, because it's Friday, and we were all thinking it anyway.
