This massive, French "station de ski" should really be called a "station de shred" since the godfather of European snowboarding, Regis Rolland, put it on the map in the '80s with his still-rad riding. The powder here is notoriously light and easy to find, and Les Arcs would be rated much higher if it weren't for the mile-long flats you encounter moving between base areas. At least a lift ticket is cheaper than calf implants...
