With the arrival of Sheff G’s new track “Run It Up” featuring Sleepy Hallow and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, the three have teamed up for a lavish music video filmed in a mansion in Jersey.

The Claudia Rezir-directed visual stars the three rappers as they celebrate the fruits of their success. Unlike most collaborations between Sheff and fellow Brooklyn drill MC Sleepy Hallow, the song sees the two go over a more melodic, R&B-influenced beat that perfectly complements Boogie’s presence on the track.

There hasn’t been any word on whether “Run It Up” is taken from an upcoming project, but he only released his Proud Of Me Now project back in December 2020. Sleepy Hallow, meanwhile, dropped off his debut album Still Sleep? in June, which also featured the bonus track “Tip Top” featuring Sheff G.

The arrival of the new single comes a month after Sheff G was arrested on a felony gun charge. The Flatbush native was arrested on criminal possession of a weapon, and he’s currently behind bars for the time being.
