More than a year after the release of his last full-length solo project, Pi’erre Bourne returns with his new album, Good Movie.
In tandem with the release, Pi’erre has shared the music video for one of the LP’s standout tracks, “Where You Going.” The 23-track project includes the previously released single “Good Movie,” as well as guest appearances from Young Nudy (“Moving Too Fast”) and Don Toliver (“Psane”). Good Movie marks Pi’erre’s first project since last December, when he joined forces with TM88 for their collaborative effort Yo!88.
Meanwhile, Good Movie continues Pi’erre’s prolific run as a lead artist, as it follows 2019’s The Life of Pi’erre 4 and 2021’s The Life of Pi’erre 5.
Fresh off the release of his new album, Pi’erre is getting ready to hit the road next week. Bourne’s nationwide tour kicks off Sept. 6 in Houston, making stops in Chicago, Atlanta, New York, and Los Angeles, among other cities, before wrapping Oct. 19 in Seattle.
From there, Pi’erre will take his tour overseas in November, traveling several cities including Amsterdam, Prague, London, and Auckland, where he’ll officially wrap his tour on Dec. 17. Check out the full list of tour dates above.
