Nicki Minaj has unleashed her new track “Red Ruby Da Sleeze.”

Over thumping production, Minaj references her Street Fighter-inspired alter-ego Chun-Li before rapping, “Who the fuck told bitches they was me now?/I knew these bitches was slow, I ain’t know these bitches senile/Married a shooter case you n***as tried to breathe loud/Boom your face off, then I tell him cease fire.”

She’s also hinted that a “Red Ruby Da Sleeze” video is coming in the near future.

Ahead of the arrival of the track, the rapper issued a warning to ghostwriters. “Ghost writers all around the world are scrambling. Just watch,” she captioned a post on Instagram. “Nicki still on hiatus. This b!@ch right here tho? She outside.”

It’s unclear if the track is set to appear on a new project or not, but it follows a year that saw Nicki team up with a number of other artists for notable collaborative tracks. In 2022 she dropped “Bussin” and “Do We Have a Problem?” with Lil Baby, appeared on Coi Leray’s “Blick Blick,” and scored her first-ever solo No. 1 with her song “Super Freaky Girl.” Alongside Maluma and Lebanese singer Myriam Fares, she also provided the 2022 FIFA World Cup anthem with “Tukoh Taka,” which featured English, Spanish, and Arabic lyrics.

Minaj hasn’t released a full-length studio album since 2018’s Queen, but she did drop the greatest hits album Queen Radio: Volume 1 last year. Her radio show of the same name is returning tonight (March 3) at 6 p.m. ET on AMP.
