Kanye West was back on Twitter today to announce that he's releasing another album this summer. Of course, he literally just dropped a new project, The Life of Pablo, less than two weeks ago on Tidal. He didn't share any further details on the new album, but he did decide to rant about the Grammys and how they operate. He started the rant saying that he wants to sit down with Neil Portnow, President of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, and talk about the politics that go into how the winners are selected. "I feel the Grammy awarding system is way off and completely out of touch," Kanye wrote.

During the latest Twitter spree, which was entertaining as hell, Kanye called himself the greatest living artist and asked why the Grammys didn't let Future perform at the show this year after he ran the summer. "Has anyone at the Grammys ever heard March Madness??? Yes I have a problem with the Grammys," he wrote. 'Ye later went on to include Young Thug in his rant and that it can't be limited to just him and Jay Z in suits. Portnow, who isn't on Twitter, said that he would love to sit down with Kanye via the Grammys Twitter. Portnow later released a statement on the matter. "Kanye West is a creative pioneer who has been recognized and honored by The Recording Academy time and again," he said. "We value his input as a member of the creative community, and our doors are always open to him." Read the full statement as well as Kanye's Twitter rant below.
