A desire to work with Kid Cudi that's so strong that you simply, without hesitation, publicly ask him to make it happen? Relatable.

That was the move for Juice WRLD over the weekend, who hasn't yet—at least, not publicly—received a response from Cudi. "I need to work w you," WRLD said in a tweet, adding a pair of black heart emoji. Almost immediately, an idiot rolled through with some attempted satanic panic reboot, which WRLD promptly shut down.

@KidCudi I need to work w you 🖤🖤 it’s a need

WRLD, of course, is among a generation of artists who have frequently cited the Cudiverse as having been hugely influential on both their own creative output and their continuation of Cudi's genre-blending aesthetic. At one point, WRLD said Cudi brings him inner peace, which is something to which I think we can all wholly relate.

In an interview with Billboard over the summer, Cudi was also one of the artists WRLD shouted out for giving him inspiration. "Black Sabbath, Lil Wayne, Chief Keef, and Kid Cudi, and Travis Scott," he said at the time.

WRLD's proven desire for collaboration gave us this year's full-length Future-assisted project WRLD on Drugs. Fittingly, Wayne popped in for "Oxy."
