ASAP Rocky is wasting no time whatsoever after 'Testing.' Now, we get the official release of the Tame Impala-sampling "Sundress."

ASAP Rocky must have heard my conversation last night about needing something new, as Tuesday brought us the official drop of his Tame Impala-sampling "Sundress."

The track notably samples Tame Impala's 2010 already excellent Innerspeaker cut "Why Won't You Make Up Your Mind" and features co-production from none other than Danger Mouse. I honestly couldn't ask for a better atmosphere for getting eyes-to-the-back-of-my-goddamn-skull blitzed while writing this. Thank you, ASAP Rocky. Thank you, Kevin Parker.

Catch the video for the track, which unofficially surfaced earlier this month, up top. Frank Lebon (King Krule, Mount Kimbie) is in the director's chair. Kesewa Aboah stars.

Presumably, we can expect to hear some incarnation of the new track on Rocky's recently unveiled Injured Generation Tour. The tour kicks off sooner than you might expect given the timing of its announcement, with the first show on the run slated for Jan. 8 at the Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Additional dates have been set for Philadephia, Duluth, Inglewood, San Francisco, Portland, and more.

This dose of ASAP Impala isn't the first piece Rocky has released this month. Mere weeks ago, he surprised us with a new video for the FKA Twigs-featuring "Fukk Sleep."

Might Rocky now be hinting at a near-immediate followup to an album that was only just released back in May? I wouldn't be mad at it.
