Your day is about to get way smoother, all thanks to RZA. The Wu-Tang member has assembled a compilation of some classic soul tracks that have inspired his own sound over the year. Entitled (of course) Shaolin Soul Selection, volume one is a 3-disc collection of tracks from the depths of the legendary Stax Records’ vault.
The record won’t be out until mid-March, but, in the meantime, DJ 7L put together a ten-minute sampler. Listen to that below (unless you hate good music) and grab the full album next month.
