Anything Kanye West does is an event. It doesn't matter if he's dissingJustin Timberlake's "Suit & Tie" or touring studio space with Will Smith.
West is working on his sixth album, the first since 2010's stellar My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. According to BBC News, though, West wants to call it I Am God. In February, it was rumored that the album would be called Rich Black American. Before that, it was Black American Psycho.
