Over the weekend, Toronto rapper Top5's Instagram account posted a video of three men, whose faces are hidden, showing off jewelry that allegedly belonged to DJ Drama.
"This what you fucking get for not checking in," one of the masked men said. "Shoutout boy Drizzy, eh. Triple Gs, you know how we rock."
In the post's caption, Top5 wrote "For all you that don’t post my music, and don’t play my music 2023 your chains are getting snatched.. @djdrama come get ur chain back lil boy."
According to HipHopDX, an eyewitness at Century nightclub allegedly saw the attack happen inside the venue.
“A man messaged the betting group last night saying “Biiiiiiig fight at my club tonight lol. Man’s jumped dj drama and this guy is still GUSHING blood like 20mins later” and then another man called me saying he witnessed it live,” the person wrote. No actual footage from the alleged attack has yet turned up.
Given the lack of photo or video evidence, there's no way to prove the aforementioned Twitter user's claims.
DJ Drama has yet to issue a statement about the alleged incident.
Drama had previously beefed with Drake, but on Drama's own Twitter a year ago, he said it had been put "to rest."
Top5 was charged for first-degree murder in 2022. He hasn't posted much on IG since returning to Canada to face the charge. He posted a photo, seemingly from prison, last May, and he released the video "401" with Pressa in December.
