Chance the Rapper stopped by BBC Radio 1 with The Social Experiment to perform his Coloring Book track "All We Got" and also covered Drake's Views cut "Feel No Ways."

During his performance of "All We Got," Chance took a minute to send a message directly to Kanye West who was reportedly hospitalized Monday night. "I want to extend a special prayer to my big brother Kanye West. I know there's a lot of weird folks out there but you already know that I'm a hundred grand. I want to just extend this prayer and this love from all the way in Britain. We might come home early to see this. Happy Thanksgiving."

The rappers have a long history of mutual admiration and respect inside and outside of the booth. Chance made a notable appearance on The Life of Pablo's "Ultralight Beam" and 'Ye gave a vocal assist on "All We Got," the same track Chance performed on BBC. Since those collaborations, Chance has gone on record to call Kanye "the greatest artist of our generation" in his Complex cover story. In return, Yeezy has called Chance "one of my favorite people" and said that he had "god level bars." Chance later spoke on his relationship with Kanye even more on Twitter, saying he feels like he met Kanye after first hearing "We Don't Care" and noting that he still gets "nervous and starstruck" by the rapper.

It's been a chaotic week for Kanye who came under fire after declaring his support for president-elect Donald Trump at one of his recent concerts. He went on another rant during his Sacramento show on Saturday, and ended the concert after performing only three songs. The rest of his Saint Pablo Tour has since been canceled with TMZ reporting it was due to Kanye's exhaustion.

Chance is a real one for sticking by his friends in hard times and sending good prayers out. Watch "All We Got" above and his Drake cover below.
