Premiere: Jordy Preps ‘KMT’ EP With Bittersweet “PEAK!” Visuals

Released May 25, it looks as if the new EP will be another exercise in genre-hopping fluidity from the multi-talented Vibbar and Filthy Fellas mainstay.

Last year, smooth-talking Vibbar rhymer Jordy made a solo play when he released his debut EP, SMH. We’d heard a few bits from him before, but this was his first time really striking out on his own and it seems to be a good fit because he’s already prepping its follow-up, KMT (due May 25).

Ahead of that, he’s dropped two of the EP’s singles already—“Meddelin” and “Enemies”—and now he’s dropped the third and final pre-release single, “PEAK!”. Judging by these three primers, it looks as if the genre-hopping fluidity of its predecessor is alive and well on this one; we’ve had straight barring, Latin flavours, and on this new joint a more melodic, Auto-Tuned approach.
