French electronic duo Betical are currently heading towards the launch of their first EP, Strangers In The Night. In the preamble to that, they're today releasing a single from the project called "Strangers". A driving piece of club music, "Strangers" balances beautifully soulful singing with pulsing, futuristic synths and a driving rhythm. Despite its eye on the future — there's also a conspicuous influence of the past — from the '80s electro textures to the room-filling vocals, giving us a track that builds on the classics while looking forward to what's yet to come.
