Things have been a little quiet over in Morrisson’s camp. He’s been active enough on social media, but his last single, “Live By The Gun”, dropped way back in December last year. Now, however, the silence has been broken with new track “Balaclava”. Produced by WhyJay, Bankz and Sangy, it lands with quite a bang, too. The instrumental makes use of drill’s loudest components—booming bass, snapping hi-hats—but it’s Morrisson himself who’s loudest of all, firing off rhymes faster than we’ve ever heard from the East End legend.

As for the visuals, they’re just as rowdy. Co-directed by Morrisson and Suave, we chop and change through a flipbook of scenes, almost all of which show off us ever-growing wealth, accolades and, of course, his beloved, neck-breaking West Ham chain.
