Last spring we put you onto a dope EP from DJ Rafik. The three-track release was and is really special with its distinct Glaswegian aquacrunk and future beat influences, and festival size. Now Rafik is back with an official remix for En2ak and their track “Bobblehead.” The remix is another example of Rafik’s production prowess and penchant for saccharine sweetness. The snapping snares, the titillating (if not a bit self-indulgent Rustie-esque melodies) and the pure power of this is just a lot. Can you handle it? I barely can after a crazy week. This just might the kind of victorious energy I need to get through this weekend.
