Frank Ocean took to his Tumblr today to make a couple of announcements. First, he's skipping Coachella. Second, he's gonna open for OutKast at the Pemberton Music Festival. And finally, the reason he's skipping Coachella is to "stay in the groove and finish this bitch" which just might mean he's close to finishing his highly anticipated second album.
